I was “on the road” and had a ‘check engine’ light illuminated. Turns out the diagnostic tool hookup was under the dash so not quickly accessible; instead Alex and Pat did troubleshooting and figured out a cap was loose, triggering the light. After fixed, the light went out a few miles down the road, allowing me to drive without that concern. Talk about above and beyond, not to mention the expertise! You can feel quite comfortable, taking your vehicle here. They will get it right - but most importantly, they will care enough to work it through. Bravo, guys - and thank you!!!

The service is terrific the Owner works side by side with the other service writers. They are all knowledgable on vehicle service and can help diagnose problems you are having with you car. I own a business and bring in several vehicles to them for service and repairs. They are most accommodating and make sure I am kept informed about not only recommended service but they inspect my vehicles for any problems that might arise in the future. Super mechanics Clean Shop and all around great service. I recommend them highly.

I have trusted Dennis and his staff for years with servicing my personal vehicle and highly recommend Blue Springs Service center to all of my clients. They are not only trust worthy and honest but they stand behind their work. I have always found the counter technicians helpful and friendly.
